The Doctor's Shoe Rack was a custom piece, designed by Biglow Woodcraft to suit a clients specific needs. They wanted an easily cleaned upholstered seat, and a way to combat wet winter boots. The removable plastic trays are a simple means to that end.

Inspired in part by the Nelson Bench, the shoe rack features a slat design that integrates a random array of blocks that hold it all together. The legs are seamlessly integrated into the design language and bring it all together in a durable, beautiful fashion. This piece is made from White Ash and has a vinyl seat pad. The plastic trays came from IKEA.
