Our client was looking for a rustic yet comfortable vacation home that would be large enough to accommodate their many friends and family members. The location is stunning, and it was important that the home fit in with the "character" of the area -- we wanted to build something that would enhance the clients' plot of land, not distract from it. The earthy tones, textures and materials of the completed compound fit seamlessly into the natural environment. As time passes, the exposed metal will continue to oxidize and change color, mirroring the shift in seasons at the wooded lakeside slice of heaven.
