This kitchen renovation required a new layout to better serve the dwellers of the home. From drastic height differences to dramatically varying needs for the space, the three occupants gave us the task of making the room work for everyone equally. Working with the existing oak cabinetry, we created additional storage space and improved functionality. We added contemporary tile flooring, quartz countertops and a herringbone Carrera marble backsplash to temper the warmth of the gold oak finish. A custom Hunter Douglas Silhouette window treatment was installed to add privacy to the new window without obstructing the view of the cooks!
