A complete renovation of an existing Cape Cod style home. A swimming pool, cabana, roof deck, detached garage, driveway, walks and terraces were all part of the design. Plantings were selected to survive the windy coastal hillside setting. Special care was taken to replant with native species at the borders of the disturbed areas to repair the site disturbance.
