Village Victorian

A beautifully renovated Victorian home sits on a small corner lot near the city center of Newton. A sixteen foot grade change from the house to the garage presented a serious grading challenge which was solved by stone retaining walls and stepped terraces which take full advantage of the site. A large lawn for play, granite paver driveway, brick surrounded entry garden and custom picket fence complete the appealing scene.
