This residential interior design project by Kimberlee Marie Interiors showcases a warm, livable transformation of a family home in Seattle's Wedgwood neighborhood. Designed for a family of four, the space reflects a thoughtful blend of classic charm and modern livability. Natural light and soft, neutral walls form a clean canvas for a palette of layered textures and pops of color.

The kitchen features muted sage cabinetry, integrated appliances, and natural wood flooring, creating a calm yet functional heart of the home. In the dining area, a bold cobalt sideboard and contemporary lighting fixture add personality, while clean-lined furniture keeps the atmosphere open and uncluttered.

Throughout the home, the design balances modern sensibilities with a cozy, welcoming aesthetic. Rich green accent chairs, a soft stone fireplace surround, and natural wood elements bring warmth to the living spaces. Wallpapered rooms, like the laundry area with whimsical bunny prints, offer delight and visual interest, infusing the home with character. From the serene, spa-like shower with artisan tile to the inviting breakfast nook that encourages gathering, every detail has been curated to meet the family’s needs while elevating everyday moments. The result is a harmonious blend of timeless style and personalized comfort.
