The interior of this 20 year old home was completely renovated. The floor plan was opened up when the stairs were relocated and windows added to let light in from the southern exposure. The large eat-in kitchen was updated with all new appliances and a center island. The butler’s pantry was built with a large granite countertop, wine rack and mini refrigerator. The large mud room was renovated with plenty of storage. The second floor bathrooms were redone with updated fixtures, lighting and flooring. In addition, two more bathrooms were added to the second floor so each bedroom has its own bathroom. The laundry room was moved from the first floor to the second floor for added convenience.
