When other firms refused we steped to the challenge of designing this small space kitchen! Midway through I lamented accepting but we plowed through to this fabulous conclusion. The floor is bamboo and it's in a natural unstained finish

Thanks for your interest. No as a matter of fact we removed a soffit or bulkhead in order to accommodate these 42" height cabinets as the room is only 96" total height. The crown molding trim is an additional style detail

Hi The cabinets are a custom millwork production I designed and had fabricated. The wood species is Canadian maple. It is stained in a bespoke blend of natural cherry and walnut.

I don't know if you've already purchased your cabinets; however, I purchased Aristokraft cabinets in 1997 in maple with a cherry stain (Rouge). Love them. Look as beautiful as they did 18 years ago.

Hi Katy the counter top is a granite call u Ubatuba the backsplash is a natural Slate. Glad you like it!
