They're from Baer Supply, the finish is called Oil Rubbed Bronze. The cup shaped hardware on the drawers can be found online here...

The knobs are just a simple rounded knob with the same finish and from the same supplier.
I believe a home improvement store like Home Depot or Lowes will have a similar product as well.
