This kitchen was very tight in terms of passing space. We have 36 inches between sink and island and 42" on other side. It is very workable but I would have preferred to have 42" for sure.

Thank you! What is the size of the island? I have the same layout ( 14x11 kitchen ) and was wondering whether putting an island will be too tight
