Thank you for the question! Unfortunately I am unable to track down a complete answer at this time, but if I had to guess compared to our past projects I would say they are most likely a polished concrete. Similar to any concrete surface, they will absorb moisture a bit more than other materials and may need to be resealed after heavy use.

Thank you for your question. No, the flooring product is called Thresher, it is old reclaimed loft barn wood. The product is very labor intensive, and only has a 40% usability rate. It also needs to be hand sanded, and is relatively soft in nature. The finish consists of 3 Coats of Bona Natural Finish over Watco Medium Walnut Danish Oil.
