The residence is situated on a beautiful lot in Trent Woods with the back yard opening up onto the golf course. The house had been very livable but was ready for a upgrades to the original plan.

A new kitchen, informal dining area, laundry and 1/2 bath were created by capturing the carport space and not increasing the building footprint. A vaulted ceiling allows for a larger volume of space and the dramatic archway separates the informal dining from the kitchen area.

Off the master bedroom a new walk in closet area was created and his and hers bathrooms were developed sharing a shower in between. The design allows for the spaces to be connected by the shower but remain separate at the same time.

A new covered back porch with working fireplace and built in grill allow for a fabulous entertaining space overlooking the golf course.

The double car garage was designed with guest quarters above providing overflow space for visiting friends and relatives.
