2501 Grove

The project (*Grove Street Lofts) consisted of an existing two-story building, which was formerly a church, with a residential use. The building footprint was about 6,000 S.F. and the completed project has twelve residential units with a total area of about 16,000 S.F.

The existing roof was removed to the existing second floor level, and new walls and a roof were added to capture the second floor space. A new mezzanine and deck were added above the second floor, as well as two new exterior stairs and a walkway access to the second floor. There is an 18 car detached garage.
