When it's hot outside the illusive idea of a lap pool beckons (rather than taking a dip in the kiddie pool). If there is also virtually bare dirt, it does *not* entice the eye, nor lift the heart.

Good "Feng Shui" (and an unlimited underground water supply) suggests planting lush green growing plants and adding water features to enhance the property's Chi. And, it looks great!
