This is a *very* simple little imaging project, however, what it unique is... the home's for sale.

The Real Estate agent let the homeowner know that because the small home didn't have a garage, Open House visitors were bothered by the on-street parking requirement and that "lack" would likely impact buyer interest.

Instead of going to the expense of putting in an actual parking pad, the clever homeowner requested three imaging options to show off at the upcoming weekend's Open House.

When potential buyers can "see" changes, they can understand how perceived problems can "easily" be solved.
