Idyllic hideaway retreat in quiet Ojai, re-imagined for its own hidden potential. The small space is on the back side of bare dirt property owned by another. In the tiny front yard, the homeowner wanted to create the sense or privacy with a hidden patio while allowing an open area for visitors to park. Behind, in the backyard the upper area for a patio space is long and narrow, but the views are great! Adding steps down the steep slope opens up more space in the small lower yard.
