This 1980's split level was in need of some serious love. Our client purchased the home and 10acres of property in 2019. In anticipation of establishing a small farm on the land, the client was interested in renovating the interior spaces with modern farmhouse touches. The original green carpet, linoleum and blue and pink tiles were removed. A new layout with addition was proposed to accommodate the family of four. The results speak for themselves. Now an open floor plan with modern touches throughout has breathed new life into a home ready for this family to enjoy for years to come.
