This powder bath was transformed from a beige, forgettable space into a bold jewel box designed to leave a lasting impression. Luxury materials, modern storage solutions, and dramatic finishes work together to create a room that feels both immersive and artful.

Design Details
The remodel embraces a mood that is rich, luxurious, and slightly whimsical. The design began with a Kohler glass vessel sink featuring a botanical motif of green foliage, purple flowers, and butterflies against a black background. From that statement piece, the rest of the palette naturally took shape.
• Wainscoting, trim, cabinetry, and the ceiling were color-drenched in Still Water by Sherwin-Williams, a saturated blue-green that adds depth and drama.
• A large-scale floral wallpaper in coordinating tones echoes the sink’s botanical pattern and brings additional visual richness to the space.
• Sophisticated brushed gold and sparkling glass were used for the lighting, plumbing fixtures, floating shelves, and cabinet hardware, bringing a polished, jewelry-like finish.
• The black quartz countertop also features a metallic gold vein adding warmth and refinement.

Custom Storage
The custom vanity was designed to resemble a refined furniture piece, featuring reeded drawer fronts and a decorative toe detail. Deep drawers with U-shaped drawer boxes maximize storage beneath the sink, while a coordinating slip-in linen cabinet recesses into a mechanical chase to add even more valuable storage space.
