Every inch of this carriage house was carefully designed to create an atmosphere that is rustic but also incredibly chic. The half-timbered walls and pyramidal roofs recall the architecture found on the western coast of France. All the wooden elements are of Eastern white cedar, stained gray to create a delicately aged look. The client requested that every detail be based on traditional vernacular French designs.
