This comprehensive interior renovation of a 2,600 square foot penthouse
condominium in Boston aimed to modernize and upgrade the home. While the whole unit was demolished and rebuilt, the focus was on the main living, dining + kitchen area, both bedrooms, and three bathrooms.
Located on the sixteenth floor of a Back Bay mixed-use building with panoramic views overlooking the Boston Common and beyond to the Charles River and Cambridge, the main design driver was to maximize these singular views from every room.
