This Somerville Row-house, built in collaboration with Boehm Architecture, was designed to open up a dark and heavy-looking house by removing many unfortunate later additions.
Energy Efficiency was key here, and the final result is Energy Star Certified, HERS Index of 49, with many sustainable features, including super insulated windows and doors, building envelope, and a high-efficiency heat pump.
