This project involved a complex collaboration of different fields of expertise, including stone fabrication, custom millwork and architectural finishes. Integrating disparate materials such as stone, porcelain, textiles, glass, metal, and wood, and executing sensitively within a partially finished space, was a hallmark of this project. This transformed Boston residence takes on the air of a boutique hotel from the neutral color palette in the walls and textiles, to the artfully designed rooms. Natural light permeates each room from multiple angles due to the expansive windows, which provide unique vantage points of historic Boston.
