This project, designed by Boehm Architecture, was a drastic change from the original footprint of the three-unit townhouse. The interior was re-worked into two units, allowing openness, light and energy efficiency. The advanced building-envelope design and execution allowed for Energy-Star certification, as well as substantial energy savings over traditional homes.
