This one-story 50’s home was dark, non-descript, and took no advantage of views, especially of the unbuilt hillside behind it. In the course of the remodel, the house was torn down to a just a few walls. Around 1,250 square feet were added with a new second story that includes a master suite and second bedroom. Each room has a distinct view, with the angled roofs of the house emphasizing the hill behind.
