This is a new house and separate garage/recreation room designed to replace one lost in the Palisades Fire. Though similar in footprint and size to the original house, the design is completely different; in addition to being much nicer, it was also designed to be much more fire-resistant.
This is one of the very first homes to be completed after the fire. Landscape is currently being installed.
