This house was originally a cramped, ugly house from the 50's situated on a beautiful 1.4 acre lot with views of San Pedro Harbor and the ocean. It was not clear where the entry of this house was, and people often knocked on the laundry room door. We added around 800 square feet to the house, and completely reconfigured it to take advantage of the views and the landscape. And now you can find the front door.
