This house was built in1938 by Paul Williams, a very significant architect; however the property had fallen into disrepair. Little square footage was added, but the entire house was restored in the regency style appropriate to the original design. The kitchen was originally one of several smaller rooms designed for staff. This was converted into a large kitchen with a level of detail matching the rest of the house. The master suite was also extensively remodeled.
