SOLD in 7 days on market over asking!

The family decided that for the benefit of selling their home effectively, they would move out of their home and keep it pristine. I love that they decided to do this because it truly worked! Especially since they have a family with small children.

It does reduce stress on the entire family and is absolutely no maintenance (may some dusting) on a day to day basis.

I love the burst of green in the floral we added to the window area. The greenery helps support the windows being bare.

With the yellow walls being our base colour to work from, we opted to use grey tones to soften and neutralize the yellow. We also added a more modern selections of furnishings.

On this far wall, we added a credenza to this space because the wall runs along the direct path from the door, so there was not enough space to furnish it with bulkier pieces. It also represents a media wall.

This Dining Room is quite small, so we opted to add a round glass table with some lovely upholstered chairs to layer in the element of comfort.

Master Bedroom, tuns romantic with the grey and black pops. The purple is a unique colour and very committal, so by adding the grey and black, it softens and adds elegance to the space.

While we re-purposed the existing bedroom furniture, this room still transformed quiet well. The green colour scheme truly compliments the dark wood tones very well. It actually creates a rich scene.
