This is a very small house, so it is important to utilise your space wisely. We used space from the linen closet to maximize the bathroom footprint. There are other crafty ideas that you can incorporate a linen closet. In fact (not shown) we added tons of space in the master bedroom to add additional storage.

This bathroom redesign is much more spacious, YES, but more than that it is much more functional! Better for Resale down the road as well.
