New Edinburgh Condo

This condo had been for sale for a while and was getting no interest. The area is great for retirees downsizing or for starter families. With this kind of mixed target buyer, properly showcasing the property is KEY in driving traffic to your listing.

A living room is a much more inviting space to walk into than a dining room. We felt this is a much better floor plan, for potential buyers.

The builder designed this space to be a Dining Room - this location is not functional for the overall floor plan. So we decided to switch the location to right off the kitchen (where it should be) and we moved the living room into this location.
