Manotick Waterfront

From dark and dismal to bright and beautiful! This transformation really took shape with beautiful paint selections and proper floor planning.

When selling a property, it is vital to ensure that each room be clearing defined for your buyer, so that they don't leave your property asking a lot of questions. If they don't understand how to use the space they could actually dismiss it.

We painted the wood around the fireplace surround to not only tie it in with the newly painted black railings, and entrance door, but to add an air of sophistication to the space. This has really helped to bring the room up to date with a more contemporary style.
