When Scott Cohen arrived on site at this Hidden Hills property for the first time, he found an outdated pool, dead grass, and an ugly fenced patio.

We designed and built an amazing covered large outdoor kitchen, vanishing edge swimming pool with large spa, Baja shelf, and swim-up bar, a fire pit conversation area, and sitting areas for entertaining large groups. All levels are designed to take advantage of the amazing view! Water features in the swimming pool are lit by fiber optics, and the pool and spa design are laid out for family fun and entertaining with a sport layout.
