Being the original master bath to the house, the clients needed a more age-in-place friendly shower. Taking out the blue garden tub, we installed a new shower with a lower curb for easy in and out without worrying about water escaping. While having the walls exposed, moving the plumbing to the other side was easy. In doing so, that let us cut the wall next to the toilet to open the space up and seem bigger. The client also wanted to update the style of the space, but keep a classic feel. Warm/neutral greys, white trim, and brushed nickel accents were used to achieve this.
