Magma Design Group, Inc. designed, built, and managed all aspects of the Beach Side project. The design phase included obtaining approvals from the town zoning board, building inspector, and the Rhode Island Coastal Resource Management Commission. The construction phase consisted of a gunite swimming pool complete with an automatic pool cover, pool patio, entertainment patio, LP fire pit, outdoor kitchen and terrace, retaining walls, landscape stairs, deck construction, surface and subsurface drainage, fencing, pool utilities, outdoor lighting, outdoor sound system, and all aspects of landscaping.
