Magma was asked to design and build a space for our client and their growing family. Native mica schist flagstone was installed for the patio spaces and risers. Inspired by the idea of a tree house, a mahogany platform radiates out from a native oak tree and provides an elevated perspective of the surrounding property. A sand box retained by native boulders sits adjacent to the goshen stone patio. A child friendly water-play pond allows for a safe experience for toddlers. Magma installed a camp style fire pit which is surrounded by large seating boulders harvested from the site. The family loves to use this space year- round making this build an extremely satisfying experience.
