The Reynolds approached us to design a home where they can age gracefully in place. The house was designed to optimize the buildable area on a small lot, showcase the beautiful views of the creek and surrounding marshes, as well as provide screening from the adjacent houses, all on a tight budget. Aside from the view, the main features are the scored tabby fireplaces, accessible from the great room, screen porch, and the deck. There are two bedrooms and an unfinished room above the garage for future expansion. The open floor plan and ample outdoor space makes this house feel larger than its approximately 2000 s.f.
