The three+ acre site for this house slopes gently down through a natural meadow under a grove of Palmetto trees to the marshes of the river. We placed the house at the top of the hill and angled the house so that the view is blocked from the entry. Upon entering the front door you are wowed by the view through the meadow to the river.

The program includes a gallery space, a ceramic studio and a large great room.
