This project addresses the accessibility concerns of an aging client in this current residence.

In the bathroom we incorporated a roll-in shower with a linear drain. Additionally we installed a wall-mounted toilet and a cast iron sink.

By opening up the space between the breakfast room and the kitchen with an archway, there is greater ease moving between both rooms.

To update the powder room we installed new fixtures, dark hardwood floors, and included decorative wallpaper.
