The Kitchen remodel shown here was phase 1 of a two-phase project. We personalized the home with custom Kitchen cabinets including a pantry with pullout shelves and a desk area, all built by Levitch.

For phase 2, ​we worked quickly to create a single-story addition at the rear of home with a Bedroom and Media Room for a blended family, and expand the Garage/utility area. We made the addition seamless with the rest of this Ranch-style home​. Levitch worked with local agencies to reduce fire suppression requirements for the project, which would have increased the scope and budget.
