Rockridge Reconfiguration
The client had just bought the home and wanted to remodel it to make it their own. Working within the existing building envelope on a narrow urban lot, we modernized, enlarged and opened up the Kitchen. New skylights help to flood the room with natural light, and red accents pop against the neutral palette.
We moved the Laundry area from the first floor to borrowed space at the second floor. Levitch also created a new Master Suite by adding a Master Bathroom, using space from the adjacent Family Room, and expanding into the attic for a new walk-in closet (not shown).
