Originally our client wanted just to replace the failing elements of a leaky deck.

After meeting her at her home, we could tell it was going to be a bigger project. We replaced the garage door, creating a walkway and more gradual steps from the driveway level while respecting required setbacks. The new walkway leads to the front entry stairs and porch that Levitch reconfigured and rebuilt. The entry now has stairs and risers of durable precast concrete with a custom metal railing. The new design is safe, functional and more appropriate to the Tudor style of her home.
