This project involved removing a wall between the Kitchen and Laundry Area which allowed for opening up to the rear south facing deck. This home has a lot of dark wood paneling so we matched this style in the cabinets and doors. We also did some fancy framing to create a seating area at the peninsula that had been a walk in Pantry. We maintained a portion of the Pantry area below the stairs and re-used the original bead board door re-constituting it as a sliding door with a cool wrought iron track system.
