The client’s personality is reflected in this modern kitchen. Bold colors and textures are found through the home. To keep that uniqueness in their highly functional kitchen was a bit of a challenge. We accomplished this using a slab door by Zonavita. The kitchen was designed with a flat paneled melamine 100- slab. To maintain the unique statement a fabulous hood made of Crocodile skin embossed leather, trimmed in stainless steel is mounted over the 36” Thermador gas range with black tile back splash. A pot filler The Thermador refrigerator and freezer reflect the beautiful stainless steel in the hood trim and other appliances.
You’ll find a dresser type storage area to the left of the sink which maximizes the use of wall space for storage.
The onyx counter top thickness was increase to highlight the beautiful stone movement. By stealing some space from the adjacent laundry room, cabinets were inset to provide a breakfast work area and a wall mounted Television which can be concealed behind bi-fold pocket doors.
