Rehabilitation project on a 3-story 18th-century house included the remodeling and renovation of a kitchen and 2 floors of bedrooms and bathrooms. The project included the addition of a sun-room, breakfast room, large basement and a 400-Sq.Ft deck.

The project also included a large lake-bed geothermal system, which replaced the standard heating and cooling systems. This was TW2M's first involvement with a large environmental building system.
