The Oshiro Residence is a 750 SF residence in West Hy. In this Design/Build Project we collaborated with CO-Office, a design consultancy that strives to deliver high impact, unique, and lasting spaces.

Working hand in hand, we used an integrated project delivery approach which allowed us to complete the project on time, and on budget. The modern home is used frequently for entertaining, while still flexible to accommodate for future growth.

Drawing on the clients’ event planning and graphic design backgrounds, the space uses patterns, textures, and graphic accents, materials, and finishes, all set against a mid-grey toned background.

We also created several spatial “hacks” utilizing found objects and hardware to elevate the existing space, furniture, and cabinetry. In addition to Design, we provided Construction Management and Owner’s Representation Consultancy providing expert cost estimating and construction supervision.
