Tarrant-Windt Residence
Tarrant-Windt Residence is a 700 SF residence in Flatiron District in Manhattan. In this Design/Build Project we used an integrated project delivery approach to meet the client’s desired aesthetic while optimizing the use of the space.
The one bedroom loft apartment features soaring 12-foot ceilings, exposed brick walls, oversized windows with custom designed white and black wood-slat shades, new engineered wood floors, and brand new custom built-in millwork with a full wall bookshelf and media space in the living room.
The Kitchen features full cabinetry with 50's Retro Style SMEG appliances in pastel shades with natural stone countertops, which are complemented by the tilework and fixtures selection throughout the kitchen and the bathroom.
We provided Design, Construction and Management Services in addition to Owner’s Representation providing expert cost estimating and construction supervision, which allowed us to complete the project on time, and on budget.
