Holmberg Residence is an 800 SF residence in Chelsea in Manhattan. In this Design/Build Project we used an integrated project delivery approach to enhance the apartment layout and renovate to meet the client’s functional needs and aesthetic desires. The project features a fantastic one bedroom loft in the iconic Kheel Tower, a striking 22 stories prewar loft building with ceilings throughout.

The bedroom includes custom wall to wall sliding closet doors and oversized west-facing windows to de brutalist architect’s Young, Moscowitz & Rosenberg FIT main building. The full-size bathroom renovation features contemporary white porcelain tiles, sink, tub, and toilet.
The ample living and dining room are ideal for entertaining as well as to create separate ambiance in between rooms with new engineered wood floors and a separate kitchen with Samsung and Bosch stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, and custom wood cabinetry.

We provided Design, Construction and Management Services, in addition to Owner’s Representation providing expert cost estimating and construction supervision, which allowed us to complete the project on time, and on budget.
