FS Residence is a 1,900 SF residence located in the South Tower on the 53rd floor of the Time Warner Center. In this Build Project, we collaborated with interior designer Colin Fuda, bringing an integrated project delivery approach to renovate the condo to meet the client’s functional needs and aesthetic desires.

The apartment is a two bedroom, two and a half bathroom condo with herringbone wood floors, custom wood paneling, and floor to ceiling windows throughout that feature unobstructed Central Park views. The living area has ample living and dining space with an adjacent modern eat-in kitchen complete with marble countertops and backsplash, frosted glass custom cabinets, and Miele appliances. Other features of the apartment include generous closet space throughout, as well as a separate laundry closet, and a powder room.

The luxurious master bedroom suite has floor to ceiling custom millwork with Rocky Mountain Hardware in a soothing combination of Sherman Williams neutral colors and Donghia fabrics. Nella Vetrina furniture and Porta Romana lamps add sculptural interest to space, while the marble cladding bathroom feature a deep soaking tub, separate shower stall, and double sinks, all with Dornbracht polished chrome fixtures. The beautiful guest bedroom has a blue on blue themed design, balanced by neutral tones with Osborne & Little wallpaper, complimented by whimsical Schumacher’s Khan’s Park upholstery on the new valance and banquette.
