Pro Residence is a 1,300 SF residence in the Heywood Condominium, Chelsea. In this Build Project we used an integrated project delivery approach to meet the client’s aesthetic. The project is a spacious one bedroom loft with a flexible office/second bedroom with soaring 12' ceilings, light oak floors, and oversized windows, which flood the apartment with natural light, in addition to two full bathrooms.

The apartment features gorgeous custom built-in millwork, with a full wall bookshelf in the living room and full wall desk and cabinets in the office;
In addition to the open kitchen cabinetry which is complimented by SubZero stainless steel refrigerator, Bosch dishwasher, a four burner GE stove and convection oven with an added Viking hood.

Both bathrooms have marble countertops, paired with tile and stone backsplash. We provided Construction Services and Management, in addition to Owner’s Representation providing expert cost estimating and construction supervision, which allowed us to complete the project on time, and on budget.
