Designed and built by Constructive Solutions, the rustic design includes a 2100 sf home, 600 sf studio, and 1350 sf garage and shop that achieves a LEED Gold certification. The design utilizes photovoltaics, geothermal heating and Energy Star appliances. It features a custom hearth, furniture, and custom wood and steel work throughout.
